Do you accept orders outside of the US?
We sure do! All of our items are handmade to order and processed in the order they are received. Please allow 10-14 business days (M-F) for processing. Once your order has processed and is ready to ship, you will receive and email notification with your tracking information. Processing times may vary and be shorter depending on volume. Please note that it is your responsibility to make sure you comply with all of your government’s laws regarding importing products. Additionally, you are responsible for any customs and brokers fees that may apply to ship to your address.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Shopping small means we make each item custom just for you once your order is placed. We design, create and ship as quickly as possible with attention to every detail for your order. Please allow 7-10 business days (M-F) for us to create most products. For orders that require a proof to be emailed and approved by you, please add an extra 3-5 days after we have your approval. When you let us know you need it by a certain date, in the order notes and by purchasing priority shipping, we do our very best to get it to you in time! Upon shipment of your order you will receive an email informing you that it has shipped along with the carrier and tracking number. Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

Can you rush my order?

We always do our best to work with you if you have a time constraint and will do our best to process your order quickly! To help us out please select priority shipping when you checkout and let us know in the order notes your 'drop dead' date that your order must arrive by. Please note however that we cannot guarantee shipping times because it is out of our control once the package is shipped and out of our hands and into the hands of the shipping carrier. We will work with you to resolve any issues that may arise with specific carriers on a case by case basis.

What do you do to help mama earth?

We sure do try! We package all of our items with love and care for shipping. Part of that love is for the environment so we use as much recycled and up-cycled boxes and packing material as possible! Thank you for shopping small and helping our planet by purchasing our products. 

Do colors match what I see online?
Colors may vary from what you see on your computer screen. If the color is imperative we suggest ordering one item to make sure the item color is the color you desire. For custom printed paper goods we can send a physical proof instead of digital upon request.
